Policies

In-Person Events

  1. TCJ is an open and affirming organization that welcomes all self-identifying cis-gender and trans-masculine individuals to join TCJ and participate at TCJ in-person events. While MN or WI border residency is required to become a member, approved out of town guests are welcome to join any in-person event.

  2. Applicants must be 18 years of age to join.

  3. Members of local, national or international law enforcement are prohibited from joining TCJ or participating at TCJ sponsored events.

  4. While TCJ respects vaccinations are a personal healthcare choice, all TCJ events moving forward require members be vaccinated from COVID-19

  5. Masks can be optionally worn during in-person events and TCJ will provide attendees with a mask until further notice.

  6. There will not or will there ever be any sexual contact allowed outside of masturbation and/or mutual masturbation. No exceptions. This includes anal and oral play of any kind.

  7. Discretion is a priority. Please use the nickname you supplied when you registered at all events. Exchanging contact information with other members is strongly discouraged. Public recognition of members outside of events is prohibited

  8. Conversations or discourse surrounding relationship status, significant others and non-masturbatory sexual practices are strongly discouraged.

  9. Members may not bring alcohol or drugs (including poppers) to any of our events or come under the influence beyond the legal limit in MN.

  10. You are responsible for your own property when attending a TCJ event. TCJ assumes no liability for missing or lost personal items.

  11. While we are very sex positive, cross-dressing and other fetishes not related to masturbation are prohibited at events.

  12. Please practice good hygiene before attending any event. This means you’ve recently showered or bathed, are clean-shaven or facial hair recently groomed and are not wearing strong fragrances such as cologne or aftershave.

  13. TCJ typically provides lubrication at all events, but members are welcome to bring their own lubrication which must be water based out of respect for the venues and their hosts. Also, penetrative sex toys of any kind are not permitted at TCJ events.

  14. Entrance fees are typically required to cover the venue, lubricant and bottled water for all in-person events. TCJ only accepts ePayments through Square or PayPal at this time. Those who RSVP must pay the entrance fee up front to keep their reserved spot secure. TCJ will refund any entrance fees via the RSVP'ing member via an email request to admin@twincities.com at least 5 days prior to the event. TCJ will not refund any entrance fees for cancellation requests made by a member 4 days or less prior to the event. 

  15. Should you choose to cancel your RSVP for an event you may elect to receive a refund of your entrance fee (if requested in the required timeline) or may apply the fee to a future event or as a donation to TCJ.

  16. If you RSVP and need to cancel, please do so no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled in-person event. Those who cancel a confirmed RSVP after this window without a reasonable explanation will not receive an invite to the next in-person event and TCJ will not refund any prepaid entrance fees. 

  17. Should TCJ cancel an event and a refund or credit request is not accepted in writing by a member within 5 days of the cancelled event, TCJ will keep then keep the amount as a donation.

  18. No-shows, unless under an emergency circumstance will be removed from the TCJ mailing list altogether by the TCJ admin and TCJ will not refund any prepaid entrance fees. 

  19. The TCJ Admins reserve the right to ask any individual to leave an in-person event should the admins deem it appropriate and TCJ will not refund any entrance fees for individuals who violate TCJ's policies.

  20. Use of TCJ member resources to assemble an event (whether online or in person) must be approved by a TCJ Admin.

  21. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, Monkeypox, or any other illness please be wise, take care of your health and always contact your healthcare provider if you suspect exposure and/or are experiencing symptoms and of course do not attend an event.

Online Events

  1. TCJ is an open and affirming organization that welcomes all self-identifying cis-gender and trans-masculine individuals to join TCJ and participate at TCJ online events.

  2. You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member and attend any online TCJ event.

  3. Members of local, national or international law enforcement are prohibited from joining TCJ or participating at TCJ sponsored events.

  4. Exchanging of personal contact information within any public TCJ Discord channel is prohibited. Exchanging of personal contact information in a private chat is strongly discouraged.

  5. Use of TCJ member resources to assemble an event (whether online or in person) must be approved by a TCJ Admin.

  6. Use of your camera during an on-line event is completely optional. TJC expects you are considerate of your own and others’ privacy when using your camera. TCJ assumes no liability for the content you or others display.

  7. Using third party plugins to attempt to record the session is strictly prohibited. TCJ assumes no liability for any members who violate this policy.

Legal

  1. All members were at least 18 years of age at the time of membership application. 

  2. You assert the that you are neither a member nor agent nor representative of any law-enforcement or body, at the local, county, state, federal, international or any other jurisdictional level, seeking to entrap or prosecute TCJ, our affiliates, or principals thereof. 

  3. While TCJ requires online attestation of receipt of COVID-19 vaccination, TCJ, our affiliates, or principals thereof cannot be held liable if an infection occurs as a result from participating in an event.

  4. TCJ collects and stores minimal personal data about you including your email address, nickname, and some generic statistics about your genitals. You attest that you will not or ever hold TCJ or its affiliates legally liable for accidental breaches of personal data.

  5. The material on this site is for private enjoyment only. Any other use is prohibited. Except for certain limited public domain material and certain electronic messages, materials displayed here may be/is copyrighted and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent from the TCJ administrator.
